I have absolutely no idea why anybody would be interested in pure Mn ore stocks at present. Its a race to the bottom, S32 just cut its Dec shipment for the third time, South African mines are now offering at US$3.69dmtu. Even Feb shipments, one SA producer has cut the price to US$3.69/dmtu including shipping to China.
At least OMH is making it up with higher SiMn and FeMn prices.
I'd guess that S32 is going up due to higher aluminium prices.
