Well, that's based on some very complex "technically shot" calc, as per the post. I am not sure I understood it properly...but I'll try simplifying it....
("hugely buoyant market" + "A2m languishing badly" x "surpise me") / ("any market correction" + "election bubble rally")
= (insert random number lower than current SP)
...makes sense? not!
