I understand what you are saying, Steini. Bisantrene is shown to be the same if not more effective and safer than the current treatment, and with previous FDA approval, I believe the majority of RAC shareholders believe that Bisantrene will be fastracked to approval through a specialised pathway. The recent trial that some posters have quoted recruited an extremely sick population, which may have influenced the development of side effects mentioned. I am invested in both IMU and RAC and while I do not fully comprehend the science nor market movements, I can appreciate that both methods are proving to be safer and more effective than current treatments. I do not think there is enough evidence to support a conclusion that one drug is better/worse than another, which would the make it difficult to compare the current and future value of the companies and their products.
