The anl rights issue will be a flop.The shareholders will not take up the right to the issue. As it is very risky due to the hight dept levels and inner turmoil. Glen core will step in and underwrite the issue thus gaining control.
But before this happens glen Core will wait for the price to drop to about 20 cents.
Therefore buy the stock at 20 cents when it drops. When Glen Core underwrites it will force the price back up.
