Buying was good in the low teens under Ecopros entry and is again good here under the Fidelity entry 'floor', we a bargain basement prices atm, lucky lots of us loaded up in teens and don't need to consider it anymore, I like looking at that low average.
But for those that were not around then, sub 40c is a steal IMO
