    The market as in who? Me? You? What is the conclusion? I know what the connotations and denotation of the word "judge" are. Like I said before, you haven't thought in through. Where is the judgement by "the market"???

    No, it is absolutely irrelevant whether or not the ASX is displaying double standards in its treatment towards ISX. What truly matters is whether or not what is said in the SOR is true. Just because some crimes have been left unpunished does not mean that other crimes should be, let alone just for the sake of "levelling the playing field". Double standard will never be admissible in court and this is exactly why there is scant anything that resembles it in ISX's SOC, in fact, ISX has no evidence at all against the SOR as I have demonstrated in my earlier posts in this thread.
