I don't want to be too positive. I was just speculating elsewhere about gov funding. It's not out of the question that some may have come CLQ's way...and now using that and some new cap raise funds combined for an expansion plan .To get support for CR they need some good news story to go with it.. of all the money/ grants flying around , it would be hard to imagine a company that could apply for more of it that CLQ.
