Benefit of the doubt in terms of, well they probably haven't done all the standard crucial things prior to the scheduled release date. Therefore, the release is not going smoothly due to the crucial need for them to manage some of the risks. This slower release is the smartest move that they have right now, not by any stretch of the imagination a great launch though.
