Raise was heavily over subscribed.
If I sat on the board I would 100% have recommended we take this time before we get results to secure the future of the company.
This is what we pay our directors to do, manage our investment.
If all we had was enough cash for 1 drill campaign, and if we had a duster on our hands, the stock would dive and the options would be worthless.
