You’re right about it being run as a private company. Hence no effort to promote, no energy to develop projects and a 12 month delay in the dividend caused by the company’s desire to make sure it was tax effective for the major shareholders.
I continue to hold because it is so grossly undervalued, but boy this one demands patience
