Pretty crazy that CDV is still trading... I'm sure there are a lot of uninformed investors.

CDV have chosen to recommend SG's revised $1.05 bid and yet they are not willing to comment on Nord's 'best and final' announcement yesterday... Very contradictory.

The longer ASIC, the ASX and the TO's panel allow trading to take place in CDV the less likely we are going to see an order that SG have to rescind their latest $1.05 offer.

Still an absolute mess IMO
