I'll be happy with 75c too. Will we get it? Probably not. Let's hope this thing gets hostile in the next few weeks. Shell definitely want complete control over Crux, and maybe NXS. A debt facility won't do it. Equity has to be involved. Otherwise NXS is left open to another predator. Therein lies the word we want to hear... "takeover"
