I been using Zips awesome tap and go feature for both business and personal purchases.... While I agree with you on $1000 be out of reach for some (better off using Zips then a credit card... no interest. ever!) when you get to $30 they re-credit that onto your account so, you're really paying $970. Don't see ANY banks do that!!
