No CR mummering's, no COVID smashing markets, just progressive actions coming to fruition and more contracts in the making. A few profit takers from here, but not much else to stop this from rising properly again. 23.5c first target, then 27c. I suspect we'll get there fairly soon, another contract would significantly change this for the positive too.
I too suspect this announcement was made for another reason yet to be revealed.
