The difference is RWD is trying to develop a project on sacred land without any interest from offtakers because .... well its possibly got something to do with the way management sit in an office in claremont and wait for customers to come to them. I reckon the APC/KLL/SO4 guys actually travelled the globe trying to sell their stuff. Odd too that it took RWD about 8 years to get through their NT process - mighty management team there
