You could just be right ! Once this panic selling stops and shakes out the bed wetter’s ! People will take in what just happened and start panic buying once that see the buyers lining up ! It’s a no brainer ! This raise wasn’t done to keep the light on , it was done to fast track ! I’m thinking someone big has whispered in their ear what requirements they need .CR and the announcements certainly has caught me off guard ! There’s more to this than just fast track imo .
