Like I said was just used to illustrate my point. You invest in spec companies and are surprised when they need to raise money from time to time. Considering where we were in the last couple of weeks (likely when they we’re organising said CR) 1.70 isn’t even much of a discount. So again, stop whining and let the BOD do their thing as i am sure they know a lot more about the semiconductor industry than us.
