something along these lines is indeed possible. that being the case, presumably it is illegal - fraud? other? under what jurisdiction does it fall? Australia as it involves asx? UK?
the other end of the stick, and the present best case scenario, is that something positive is actually happening but it can't be released to market until claims are verified.
as it sits, anyone's guess. at least we can see the name attached to something with seemingly more structure/audience than before, and it isn't surprising there'd be much greater scrutiny attached to a release to market. nonetheless, looking at the the situation as a whole (history, IP, entities, job appointments, silence) it is entirely natural to have pressing questions - to put it mildly.
