All you need is decide how many you wish to apply for and multiply by 45 cents. In my case,I am entitled 9000. But I want to round up to 10000 shares. So I was advised to just Bpay $4500 using my unique reference number shown on my entitlement form. The company will then deal with everything else.
As for my rights issue prospectus, I got an email with a link to which I downloaded my entitlement form. On the form it got the bpay and my unique reference.
