Hi guys, has anyone had a partial knee replacement ie patella femoral and what was your experience? I have stage 4 patella Chondromalacia and was hoping to access PPS however nothing available. I'm seriously considering a partial as I'm only 37 years old and want to run again after logging 120kms a week for 20 years
