Clear creek is/has been a liability to MAE rather than an asset....with gas prices hitting $2.13mcf the field is uneconomical to develop.....question is how much money is a buyer going to pay for this white elephant......
hopefully the buyers will look past MAEs failed attempts to develop the field and the current low gas prices.....any company selling assets at this point in time when buyers (aside from those that have been hunted)are not willing to part with there money can only be discribed as desperate.....we all know these are desperate times for MAE which is living of debt and has no chance of creating enough cash flow to fund there significant cash burn.....dont be sucked in by the rampers!!!
Cheers
