Broad scale reports never accurately illustrate what is happening on the ground. Relative context always has to be taken into account. In comparison to more developed nations Zim would comparatively be more volatile, however I would wager that if company has solid local and in country knowledge then these 'volatile' and 'deteriorating' situations have been taken into account. Just IMO. - Current experience in mining in places such as Papua New Guinea.
