They are not in breach.
They requested a suspension (which is open ended) and stated that "The Company expects to seek reinstatement to normal trading by Wednesday 18 March 2009 subject to completion of transactions".
They have not sought reinstatement (presumably because the relevant transactions have not been completed), so the suspension continues.
