No Brown, they have only ever done a FINAL divvy and usually it has been a sweetheart deal only satisfied if a majority of shareholders would take up the DRP to conserve cash - the kind of thing small/family businesses can do. But now this is a larger more commercially focused business.
Yes, a smart decision to (a) jealously conserve cash for growth and debt reduction and (b) to formally advise shareholders of a dividend policy.
Hey, when you work your franking credits into account, this is on a par with many other companies. Yesterdays sell down was a crazy knee-jerk reaction. I mean right now we are traveling a tad above the net tangible asset value!
