The report was released yesterday.

It reported 6,500 more deaths based on figures up to end of August but reported 4,800 more deaths to date without any allowance for increases to the end of the year.

If you disagree with that, then take it up with Statistics Sweden.

One issue with Swedish stats is that they are reported by date of death, rather than reported date.

Therefore the last 14 days of figures for Covid are always understated.

The rise in infections in the elderly is now more than the peak.

Look at the growth in deaths to date.
