I have stated twice now - I personally do not see this as an issue. I believe he is an asset to the business but don't take my candor as ignorance or think that I will wilt to your behaviour. If you don't want it brought up (Connections???) then I wouldn't accuse the facts of being wrong. I would accept and argue that its not a pattern of behaviour.
