wrong on many levels xjimbo
-auditors have to write the going concern thing... they get sued otherwise, and quite rightly, they are useless.
-why do you think we are doing an SPP in the first place - for a laugh? but it is a great way for shareholders to participate, say no more.
-since dec 30 esi have received govt monies(tax rebates), have a fiori payment, have more monies from govt due (or even recieved that may not need to be announced as there may no longer be a material concern etc)
-over $1mil has been underwritten already - as per EGM
-more underwriting will come, i have no doubt
-SPP will give esi 12-24 months cash flow
by which time it will have multiple plants all over the world in progress
no, its not a blue chip yet
