Rest assured that GetSwift will most certainly live or die by the market. Don't get sucked into a false narrative about the market or the government being the reason that they haven't succeeded. They raised so much money, they've had every opportunity to succeed.
Where they are domiciled doesn't have any meaningful impact on their operation. They are almost entirely operating out of America. If they need cash (which evidently they do), they should raise money, doesn't matter where they're domiciled.
