    Without sovereign risk this hole would have been drilled by a major years ago.
    Without sovereign risk IVZ would not have a marketcap of 25 Amn$ as owner of this project
    Therefore: Without sovereign risk no chance of winning a multibagger jackpot

    It's a classical Yin Yang.
