ok.. fair enough..
I can accept not being allocated anything, but what happened to:
1. At least an acknowledgment of my payment?
2. A bounce email to say better luck next time.
3. MY REFUND!
For a company going so squirmy after raising a measly $1million the lack of connect and advice is unsettling.
it seems bizarre that there's been no clear advice around the allocation and further that refunds have not been managed rapidly.. unprofessional behavior like this reflect poorly on the overall management skill of the company in my opinion..
