If he/she has voted prior to the meeting then isnt his HIN ' ticked off ' so he/she couldnt vote at the meeting. Or he/she may have changed their vote at the meeting and recast, but he/she says they dont know who used their HIN ??? There are a finite amount of shares to count so it may just be a Trump inspired tactic to stall and recount. Good old C.I.C. Bizarre I say.
