The vote tally in Wisconsin jumped at 3:30 a.m. on Nov. 4 because that’s when officials finished counting the city of Milwaukee’s absentee ballots. That group of votes leaning hard left was fully expected since absentee ballots in Wisconsin lean heavily Democratic, as does Milwaukee as a whole. In short, that spike in the voting count wasn’t fraud, it just shows when officials finished counting those legitimate votes.

However, no fraudulent activity of furtive “dump” of ballots was behind this phenomenon. By law, Wisconsin was not allowed to begin tabulating absentee ballots (no matter how early they were sent in) until 7:00 AM on Election Day. Biden’s vote count took a big jump (while Trump’s increased much more modestly) around the time in question because that was when Milwaukee County finished and reported the tabulation of its approximately 170,000 absentee ballots.

And of additional interest is the fact that Milwaukee's result this year is absolutely consistent with the 2016 result:

2020 Biden 69.1% Trump 29.3%
2016 Clinton 66.4% Trump 29.0%

Provide the ballots for inspection that were carried out illegally.

No problems. And all this hoo hah goes away. Funny they cannot do that.
