tets patent, page-3

Regarding patents, apparently VCR stopped pursuing action against HIN (formerly HTW) around 4 years ago or so and it was agreed it wouldn't be further pursued. I believe VCR holds a patent related to the hydrodynamically levitated technology.

However, now that HIN will be absorbed into THOR, is VCR now free again to pursue legal action against THOR?

I believe patents for medical devices in the US prevent competitors for developing the products for 20 years.

VCR would therefore be in a very strong position if they could enforce their levitation and / or TETS patents.
