I guess MXC hasn't got any employee's to take on the business ha-ha, It's like MXC and it's associated businesses, connections, sister companies etc. etc. are a mafia enterprise and all businesses, connections, sister companies etc. etc. are genuinely involved in moving cash around.
Running some calculations from the very little information provided in the announcement, possible cash this MCC business has turned over $796,000.00 that's just from consultations and I've calculated that at the high end not lower end giving the business the benefit of the doubt, please note they're very rough estimates, no way to tell turn over from selling of products.
I hope MXC hasn't handed $1.4million in shares and cash for a business that isn't profiting, MXC does mention better profit margin, however doesn't state the business is profitable.
My simple end take on this, more cash burn hoping that this venture will pay off and the business will turn a profit.
