I can see why the Govt don't want to mix business with politics, but what they must consider is neither is mutually exclusive and each one is directly correlated to the other.

Govt intervention is needed, and soon. Why have FIRB and treasury approval requirements if they throw up their hands and say "I don't want to get involved."

I do actually hope that FIRB approves or defers the t/o for another 90 days, as it will give us more time to consider our options.
