Top 20 is basically stable as, so the contained information level is very much diminished. From what I hear even the Top 50 is quite stable for LTR, however I would suggest a new entry there could raise some eyebrows. If for instance an institution would reach the Top 50 following this or any other possible future CR I would be interested! If only $10 million or 43.5 million shares are available all up to be split up, an institution probably won't make it into the Top 20 (cut off 9.8 million), but there is a good or much better chance they might make it into the Top 50!
