It's entirely expected and priced in that RCE will continue to receive rebates as it has done for years.

RCE likes to share lots of little funding announcements. But it's important to keep them in perspective. This rebate is just informing the market that it's business as usual, that's good. It's the results from studies that the market is really waiting for.
