I just read the article. His opinion is no longer relevant. PPL has been provided!! It's interesting to note the one sidedness to that article. Clearly written in favour of ExEPA chief and disregarding all of the wonderful work LCK have done to overcome these concerns. It sounds like he is simply disgruntled that his recommendations based on 'lack of data' was not followed....
