Thinking its not for aeris active, its for the HVAC products which until covid were the main sellers similar to the goodman DOD bases usage and had been flagged before as being in discussion with a major HVAC distributor.
That is a major win and if they can get use it a springboard into other commercial spaces and states would be a big plus and is an in for aeris active fogging on weekends if it ever gets approved. At least no competitors have been approved but the lack of movement in Europe has been appalling and with all the senior management staff having multiple roles i.e. not just the CEO of Aeris, description of financial controller instead of a real CFO or COO and with COVID restrictions on overseas travel they really need senior people out making these deals happen and dedicated teams to work on these regulatory approval processes in each geography to ensure their product can be sold wherever people wish to buy it.
