There a few who give good non bias charts and advice and who put there money where there mouth is, Mr Maserati, bhavdip, Michael jobs, Architecture, Gassin123 on Twitter and of course @Patterns on HC. I am sure there are many more but these are who I have seen tell it how it is, good or bad.

This should reconfirm if anyone has any doubt. Michael has a short term swing target of 5.5c and a longer term of 10c
