Probably no need to get too carried away here. Obviously they were hoping Talos would come up with a solution within the ramp up timeframe, but pressure from the Q&A session forced their hand. Don't forget Talos are still working on this.
Probably unintentional, but their strategy of late of trying to shake out loose hands seems to have received a boost.
