It's also no small increase having moved 1.5% in a month, so there's obviously an increase not decrease in the shorting. With vaccines supposed to be coming out in the U.S the next several weeks, personally I can't see the dip lasting. Not sure it warrants questioning the motives of @Sojourner though, there does seem to be merit in his analysis.
