Reverting to my role as official wet blanket, I don't think Apple are using Akida.
Their M1 uses machine learning accelerators and a neural engine with an 8-core GPU, so unless the M1X is a ground-up redesign (which the M1 already was), I can't see Akida in the mix - hope I'm wrong.
