That line has been in nearly every announcement and investor presentation since listing and yet how many capital raises have we had? 1 every 9 months is about the average I believe. They can change their objectives on a dime so the statement is essentially meaningless in regards to the way you are trying to apply it.
Trading I thought was capital raise, turned out to be David dumping shares - far worse imo. However, I wouldn't be surprised if they raised more money before Feb.
Best to read with an open mind and learn something new. Tunnel vision is unhealthy.
