The difference now is they have access to $13M, a new partner in Abu Dhabi, QA is due to complete soon, contracts both small and large in the offing (all I guess subject to QA approval), the market is improving, facility is complete or very nearly so and sentiment is improving.
That should help, but if a major seller dribbles down the market then so be it. I can't see Gaskid's pile of offloaders as if they were there we wouldn't have passed 20 IMHO.
