Yes you'd like to know when the last of their holding is hitting the market. That would be the optimum time to load up.
Regarding what kiril said, I personally don't think a bank like Deutche have any interest in the fundamental worth of BBI. They are apparently selling out of lots of holdings...not just BBI. BBI is a drop in the ocean for them and I'm sure their instructions are "Just exit!".
Instos/banks are notorious for buying high and selling low. I think I told you guys about a stock I bought in the early 90's. SCS. I was part of a group that bought out AMP Funds Management's holding at 7c and we sold out years later for over $1. AMP had bought the stock originally at over 50c and dumped at 7c. Well handled on behalf of Mums' and Dads' super funds. A disgrace really but I was lucky enough to make a motza out of that and that gave me my kick along.
