The best charting site I have discovered is at bigcharts.
The charts lag the market by a few minutes, but it is no biggie, as I don't daytrade - I mostly swing trade over longer timeframes.

You can customize at that site on the left and save your settings. Various timeframes are available, but I like the 15 minute interval to see the ebb and flow in a stock during the day. These days I am generally only interested in a subset of ~330 liquid stocks on the ASX.
