Thank you for your enquiry regarding the potential acquisition of AJM and any equity raise associated with this transaction.
Before an equity raise is made available to existing shareholders, the agreement to acquire the Altura Project needs to become unconditional (currently it is ‘conditional’ as a result of the ongoing Altura receivership process), so as such a record date has not yet been set.
We appreciate your support and we will provide more information to our shareholders as/when it becomes available.
