I don't trust these results. BOD is a bunch of crooks.
They robbed shareholders and the only outcome of the Annual General Meeting must be dismissal of these criminals.
Accordingly with results of voting for "Resolution 4" they will steal from us again , but now 25% if company is in a good situation. It's terrible despise and abuse of shareholders rights. No trust whatsoever to these ugly thieves.
