confluence of a few things. 1. It has been very hotly traded and a quick glance at the technical charts shows it was overbought last week and clever traders who got in at 10-12cents drop out for a quick 30-50% gain at 16-17cents. A pull back to 20 SMA is a fairly common and natural technical event. 2. A director sold some shares last week to start a housing project build. Some skittish investors would have sold on that news. This is nothing to worry about in my view as the fundamentals of the situation have not deteriorated and have in fact improved and approached the final acquisition end game.
I would expect some consolidation at or around the current share price before another leg up as we approach wafer results in a few weeks, then as we approach chip results in early 2021
